Author Guidelines

FUJAFR operates a fully electronic submission and a double blind peer review process to ensure efficiency, transparency, and timely communication with authors.

Submission Process

Manuscripts must be submitted via the journal’s online platform. Submissions sent via email or other informal channels will not be considered. To submit a manuscript, authors should:

  1. Register for an account on the journal website.
  2. Log in to the system using their credentials.
  3. Click on "Submit Article" link
  4. Click on the “Make a New Submission” link.
  5. Follow the step-by-step submission process,
  6. Confirming compliance with submission requirements

All submissions must be complete and adhere to the journal’s formatting and ethical standards as stated in Submission Guidelines before they can proceed to peer review .

Acknowledgement of Submission

Upon successful submission, authors will receive an automated acknowledgement via the system. The editorial office may conduct an initial screening to ensure compliance with the journal’s scope and policies before assigning the manuscript for peer review.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word (.docx) file format.
  • Where available, DOIs or URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the item number 4 and 5 of Submission Guidelines.

Copyright Notice

Authors who submit manuscripts to the FUDMA Journal of Accounting and Finance Research (FUJAFR) agree to the following terms:

  • Authors retain copyright of their work and grant FUJAFR a non-exclusive license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher.
  • The submitted manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  • All authors have approved the manuscript and agree to its submission to the journal.
  • The article, if accepted, will be published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial License (CC BY-NC 4.0), which permits unrestricted non-commercial use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and source are properly credited.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript does not contain any material that infringes on the copyright of third parties. Where necessary, permission has been obtained and properly acknowledged.
  • Authors agree to comply with the journal’s policies on publication ethics and malpractice.
