Article Submission and Publication Charges

The FUDMA Journal of Accounting and Finance Research (FUJAFR) operates an open-access publishing model. To support editorial processes, peer review management, and publication services, the journal charges the following fees:

1. Article Submission/Processing Charge (ASC)

Article Processing Charge is required upon submission:

  • NGN 7,000.00 (USD 7.00)

This fee covers the administrative cost of initial manuscript screening and coordination of the peer review process. Payment of the review fee does not guarantee acceptance of the manuscript.

2. Article Publication Charge (APC)

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors are required to pay a publication fee:

  • NGN 30,000.00 (USD 30.00) for manuscripts up to 20 pages

For manuscripts exceeding 20 pages:

  • An additional NGN 2,000.00 (USD 2.00) per extra page will be charged

The APC covers:

  • Editorial processing (Copyediting and Production processes)
  • DOI assignment
  • Online publication and hosting

3. Payment Details

Payments should be made to the following account:

Proof of payment must be uploaded through the journal’s submission system or sent as instructed by the editorial office.

4. Waiver Policy

At present, FUJAFR does not operate a formal waiver or discount policy. However, requests for consideration may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the editorial board.

5. Refund Policy

The article submission fee is due when submitting an article and the publication fee is due upon acceptance of the article. These fees are non-refundable.

6. Transparency Statement

  • All charges are clearly stated prior to submission.
  • There are no hidden fees at any stage of the publication process.
  • Payment of fees does not influence editorial decisions, which are based solely on the quality and merit of the manuscript.
